Blackeyed Pea And Corn Dip Relish

1 can black eyed peas (drained)
1 can white shoe peg corn (drained)
1 med. jar chopped pimentos (drained) (I use a 4 oz jar
1 med green pepper (chopped)
1 med. onion (chopped)
2 avocados (chop and add just before serving)

Marinade:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons Tiger Sauce (located near the Tabasco sauce)
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix together all ingredients and set aside.

Mix all vegetable ingredients together, except the avocado, into a dish with a cover. Pour marinade mixture over vegetable mix. Refrigerate over night. Add diced avocados just before serving. Serve with blue corn chips or add to a salad.
